Grade A Fireproof HPL Board represents the highest standard in fire-resistant decorative panels, manufactured using specialized non-combustible core materials and fire-retardant resin systems. The production process involves impregnating multiple layers of specially treated kraft paper with modified phenolic resin containing fire-retardant additives, then laminating under high pressure (120-150 kg/cm²) and temperature (160-180°C). The result is a dense, homogeneous panel with exceptional fire resistance (Class A per GB 8624-2012), achieving flame spread index ≤25 and smoke development ≤450. With ultra-low thermal deformation rate (<0.2% at 200°C), this product maintains structural integrity during fire events. The high-density core (≥1.45 g/cm³) provides excellent impact resistance and dimensional stability. Available in thicknesses from 6mm to 20mm, suitable for high-rise building interiors, public transportation facilities, commercial complexes, and any application requiring strict fire safety compliance. Meets international standards including NFPA 286, EN 13501-1 (Class B-s1,d0), ASTM E84, and Chinese GB 8624-2012 Class A1. Zero halogen formulation ensures low toxicity and minimal smoke generation during combustion.
