Product Overview
Antibacterial HPL Compact is manufactured using advanced high-pressure lamination technology with multiple layers of kraft paper impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin. The production process involves compression at 150°C and 100 kg/cm² pressure, creating a homogeneous, self-supporting panel with exceptional mechanical strength. The surface incorporates silver-ion antibacterial agents that achieve 99.9% bacteria reduction (tested against E. coli and S. aureus per ISO 22196). With a density of ≥1.45 g/cm³, this product offers superior impact resistance (>20N), water resistance (24-hour water absorption <6%), and dimensional stability. The core structure provides excellent sound insulation and thermal properties. Available in thicknesses from 2mm to 25mm, suitable for toilet partitions, locker systems, laboratory furniture, and high-traffic public facilities. Meets international standards including EN 438, NFPA 286, AS/NZS 4586, and GB/T 17657-2013. Fire rating: Class B1 (GB 8624-2012).
