Magnetic HPL Board is an innovative multifunctional high-pressure laminate that combines magnetic receptivity with a dry-erase writable surface, creating an all-in-one collaboration solution for modern workspaces and educational environments. Manufactured using a specialized three-layer construction: a magnetic steel substrate core (0.3-0.5mm thickness), phenolic resin-impregnated kraft paper layers for structural stability, and a premium melamine surface layer with dry-erase coating. The production process involves high-pressure lamination (100-120 kg/cm²) at controlled temperatures (140-160°C) to bond these layers into a unified panel. The magnetic core provides strong magnetic holding power capable of supporting 5-8 sheets of standard paper (80gsm) per neodymium magnet, or securely holding magnetic accessories, documents, and visual aids. The top surface features a smooth, non-porous dry-erase coating that accepts standard whiteboard markers and erases cleanly without ghosting or staining. The surface maintains excellent writability and erasability even after thousands of write-erase cycles. Available in classic white for maximum marker contrast, or light gray for reduced glare in bright environments. Panel thickness ranges from 3mm to 6mm depending on magnetic core thickness and structural requirements. The material is self-supporting for wall-mounted installations, or can be applied to backing panels for larger wall coverage. Meets international standards including EN 438 for laminate properties and ISO 21568 for magnetic whiteboards. Ideal for corporate meeting rooms, collaborative workspaces, educational classrooms, training centers, design studios, and any environment requiring flexible, interactive wall surfaces for brainstorming, teaching, and visual communication.
