Anti-Fingerprint HPL Sheet is a premium decorative high-pressure laminate featuring advanced nanotechnology surface treatment that repels fingerprints, smudges, and skin oils. Manufactured using specialized melamine resin systems with embedded nano-particles, the production process involves precision lamination at 140-160°C and 100-120 kg/cm² pressure to create a super-matte surface with exceptional tactile properties. The unique surface structure features microscopic texture patterns (gloss level <5 per ISO 2813) that diffuse light and prevent fingerprint adhesion through reduced surface energy. The soft-touch finish provides a luxurious, velvety tactile experience similar to premium automotive interiors. A breakthrough feature is the thermal repair capability: minor surface scratches can self-heal when exposed to heat (60-80°C) as the thermoplastic surface layer flows and reforms. This self-healing property extends product lifespan and maintains pristine appearance in high-touch applications. The low-reflectivity surface eliminates glare and light reflections, ideal for modern minimalist interiors. Available in sophisticated solid colors including charcoal, graphite, navy, forest green, and warm grays. Thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1.2mm for furniture applications. Excellent wear resistance (AC3 rating per EN 13329) ensures durability despite the soft-touch surface. Stain-resistant properties make cleaning effortless with just a damp cloth.
