Custom Printed HPL Sheet is a bespoke decorative high-pressure laminate service that transforms client-provided designs, brand elements, and unique patterns into durable, production-quality surface materials. Using advanced digital printing technology combined with traditional HPL manufacturing processes, we can reproduce virtually any design—from corporate logos and brand graphics to custom artwork, photography, and architectural patterns—onto high-pressure laminate surfaces. The production process begins with high-resolution digital file preparation (minimum 300 DPI recommended), followed by specialized UV-resistant ink printing onto decorative paper. This printed paper is then impregnated with melamine resin and laminated with kraft paper layers under high pressure (100-120 kg/cm²) and temperature (140-160°C) to create the finished laminate. The result is a custom-designed surface with all the performance characteristics of standard HPL: excellent wear resistance (AC3-AC4 rating), scratch resistance, stain resistance, and UV stability. Color matching capabilities include Pantone color system references for precise brand color reproduction. Design options are virtually unlimited: corporate branding elements, custom wood grain patterns, exclusive stone textures, geometric patterns, abstract art, photographic imagery, and even QR codes or text can be integrated. Available in multiple surface finishes including matte, textured, and gloss to match design intent. Thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1.5mm for furniture applications. Minimum order quantity is flexible starting from 100 sheets (approximately 300 square meters), making custom HPL accessible for boutique projects and large commercial installations alike.
