Exterior HPL Panels is an advanced architectural cladding material engineered specifically for outdoor applications. Manufactured using UV-stabilized decorative paper and weather-resistant phenolic resin, laminated under high pressure (120-140 kg/cm²) and temperature (160-180°C) to create a dense, homogeneous panel with exceptional durability. The surface incorporates specialized UV inhibitors and HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers) to prevent color fading and maintain aesthetic appearance for 10+ years in direct sunlight. Weather resistance testing exceeds 2000 hours salt spray exposure (ASTM B117) and 1000+ hours accelerated weathering (ASTM G154) without delamination, cracking, or significant color change (ΔE <3). The closed-cell core structure (≥1.45 g/cm³) provides 100% waterproofing, preventing moisture absorption that could cause swelling or warping. Thermal expansion coefficient matches aluminum framing systems for stable installation. Fire rating: Class B1 (GB 8624) or Class 1 (EN 13501-1) depending on thickness. Available in 100+ colors, patterns, and surface textures including wood grain, stone, metallic, and solid colors. Thickness range: 6mm to 12mm for standard facades, up to 20mm for high-wind load areas. Suitable for ventilated facade systems, rainscreen cladding, balcony panels, canopy soffits, and architectural feature walls. Meets international building codes including ASTM, EN, AS/NZS, and GB standards for exterior cladding materials. Low maintenance requirements - periodic washing with water maintains appearance.
